Paypal bias against downloadable media

A few days later an email may be sent telling the seller that there has been an update on the Paypal dispute transaction, and the seller is required to login to their Paypal account and respond.
On logging in to their Paypal account, much to their dismay, they may be met with a message that says "Resolve Unauthorised payment, how would you like to resolve this issue" and are given three options:
i) I have posted the item, and I can provide proof that the item was posted through an approved postal service to the address on the Transaction Details page. ii) I have not posted the item and I will refund payment. iii) I have refunded the payment for this transaction.
