The best of ground turkey to select would be the ground turkey breast. You can use this in most recipes that call for ground beef, including tacos, chili, burritos, and even as "burgers" on the stovetop or grill.

None of this means that you need to quit eating beef and pork altogether. Just eat healthy by chosing lean cut meat. It all depends on how you prepare the beef and pork in order to get nutrients such as zinc, ironk, and many B vitamins.

They offer a lot of protein while being lower in fat. They may be more expensive but sometimes you can find a local store that offers them at a reasonable price.
