Spending five or ten minutes a day to make sure you are offering your clients good customer service is certainly worth it. These ten or fifteen minutes of caring could result in thousands of repeat sales. When you think about how easy it is to offer your customers a good buying experience, why aren't you putting more effort into this? What could you possibly lose?
