Lancaster has two great golfing facilities. The Rancho Sierra Golf Club is located in the Mojave Desert, and offers some great desert vistas. Rancho Sierra is a gorgeous 9-hole, regulation length course, and its short layout makes it ideal for practicing your swings accuracy. Both beginners and seasoned players can enjoy a good day of golf at this course. If you want to practice your drive, you can do so at the Lancaster Golf Center. it’s a 3-par course and driving rage that offers affordable group lessons as well as private lessons for those looking to improve their game. Jethawks Stadium
Baseball fans will have a blast at Lancaster’s Jethawks Baseball Stadium. The Lancaster JetHawks Professional Baseball Club is the Antelope Valley’s only professional sports club. In 2005 it became the third fastest team in the California to reach the 2 million fans mark. Over ten seasons, the team has averaged almost 3000 fans per game.
Six Flags Magic Mountain
The Six Flags Theme Parks have been providing kids and grownups with scream-worthy thrill rides for over 45 years. Six Flags Magic Mountain, located just north of LA and a short drive away from Lancaster, is one of the Antelope Valley region’s biggest attractions.
