My wife and I seemed to have a real problem in bed. No, no - not anything like that. It appears that after spending many hours with me she complained of feeling stiff. Most particularly her back, and often this would wake her up. Being the sort of caring and supportive wife she is every time she woke up she helpfully kneed me in the small of the back to wake me up to know that she couldn’t sleep. We decided that her stiff, achy back was down to our rather sad and forlorn mattress.
We tried several things to see if it would have some effect. Then we tried adding pillows down the centre of the bed for her to lie against. No good. I think after the first night’s sleep we were convinced, and a week later wouldn’t have parted with it for the world! Not only did my wife feel that her back was now a good deal more at ease and far less stiff and achy, but we were both sleeping like babies. For us there was no doubt - the Tempur mattress was easily the best mattress we’d ever experienced.
I’m almost shocked to think that I nearly didn’t buy the mattress now, just because the supplier was based in Manchester, but as one of the leading UK Tempur stockists, it was no problem at all. Some firms do charge a fortune for delivery, and these mattresses aren’t exactly lightweight.
