If you are still lying on bed and think of making some changes to your life, you’d better take a sleep, then go to do something. You can change your hair style (even a haircut will do), or change your dress style. You can call a friend to go shopping, your friend can give you some advice about dresses suitable for you. Start at a small decision and end up who knows where. Just be confident and keep going.
