Next, don't mislead someone. Tricking someone into buying your product with confusing language, or convieniently leaving important, material items out of the information you give them may get you the sale, but it won't get you referrals to your business.
Further, you need to be genuine. Pretending to be genuine is not being genuine. People want to deal with others they trust. If you are rushing to get somone to do what you want them to, they will have a hard time trusting you. Find out what they need, and if you don't offer a solution to their problem move on. Hustling someone for a buck will cost you a lot of bucks down the road when your name is destroyed.
